In the trees
I have not completed a CTR for a business in quite some time and it shows!

I have a non-profit that deposited cash over the thresh hold and I have some questions:

Do I list a birthday? (maybe the organization start date?)
It is a non-profit, is that sufficient for occupation?
I believe that I don't need to list the account signers on the CTR as beneficiaries since only the non-profit is truly benefiting, is this correct?

Thanks for your help!

The legal entity (non profit)info goes in section A. The entity owns the funds. Do not report any of the signers in section A. No birth date, etc. I normally put the function of the non profit- religious organization, etc.
Report the individual conducting the transaction in Section B.
