We have a customer that went through safescan without any alerts but his SSN is showing issued in 1975 and he was born 3/24/76. We have his drivers license and W2 which looks fine.

Any recommendations on the course of action on this?

Someone correct me, but I think that means that the SSN was avaible for issue in 1975, not that it was actually issued in that date. What I watch for is if the ssn became available for issue in 1976 and he got it in 1975.

SS number are issued after date of birth I would consider this a big red flag.
