We're going to hit 101 today, with no relief until the 25th, when it should be only 93. Our bank plays in an after work golf league. We have 10 guys who play, and only need to send 4 each week. This week, we can't find 4 volunteers. For me to pass up a chance to play golf is like the sun passing up a chance to rise in the morning.

Maybe you should change it to a during work golf thing... I bet you'd have no issues finding volunteers smile

It's been cooler here the last few days. Right now it's only 82 with a heat index of 88, and only supposed to get up to 97 (not sure what the heat index will be) this afternoon.

Working on 25 days in a row over 100 here. (And probably 40 of the last 45.)

They're now saying the summer of 2011 is tied with the summer of 1980 for hottest ever here, and the summer of 1980 is legendary around here.

Kinda worried, because the last 10 years, i bet in 2 or 3 of them the hottest time of the year has been the first 3 weeks of September and we're still just in July.

And this past winter was one of the toughest in OK in a long, long time. Tulsa's snowfall was incredible.

It's supposed to hit low 90s today, but with the humidity it will feel like 105.

I just keep looking at my photos from the blizzard this past winter to remind myself how cold it was just six months ago. Brr!!

Send some heat our way. Right now it's 57 with 87% humidity. The high today will be 69 and there's a 50% chance of rain. Same thing tomorrow, but topping out at 67. It's not going to warm up until the weekend; Saturday mostly sunny and 73, and the same for Sunday except 76.

We've had temps in the 90s for the last week, with heat indexes around 115. However, at my daughter's daycare yesterday they tried frying an egg on the sidewalk...it did not fry. smile

Middle Okla. I have not run in a daytime temp under 100 in a month. I have moved some runs to early or late, but even late its in the upper 90's. Predicted high for 10 days out 100 - 106. Zero rain, and electric bill is throught the roof! We are also being compared to the summer of 1980. It is eating tires, shoes, roads and crops.
On the up side, I have a great tan!

92+ here with high humidity - and no rain for weeks really. After a spring of all rain and flooding.
