Dumb questions so here it goes.....

Can someone please confirm for me that the address noted on the CTR should be the physical location of the business and not the corporate address. The CTR instructions don't specifically say this aside from the PO Box rule but I know that I'm not making this up and have always followed and trained this rule. I'm being told by Retail "that this is the first time the branch is hearing this!" So before I rebutal I just wanted to confirm that I'm correct because they have me second guessing myself.

I have always interpreted it this way as well, that it is the local permanent local street address of the organization..

We provide the address of the actual business location that conducted the transaction. For example, if we did a deposit for K-Mart that required a CTR, we would use the local K-Mart address where the deposit came from, not the K-Mart headquarters address in Hoffman, Illinois.
