I have done a search on this site and the FFEIC's site and the only exam procedures I can find are dated 11/13/1995. Does anyone know if there are new procedures and if they are available on the web somewhere? First CRA exam and I want to know what they are going to be looking for!

Also, what is the CRA Statement that the Board is supposed to approve and does anyone have a sample?

Amazingly, the small bank CRA exam procedures haven't changed over the years. So the 1995 version is still ok.

As for a board approved statement, there is no such requirement. This was a requirement under the old 12 assessment factor CRA regulation, but went away with the implementation of the new and improved performance based CRA regulation in 1995. There is, however, a public notice that you must have in your main office lobby and each branch. I mention that in the event you were confusing the two. AR.

Thank you. I really appreciate your sharing your knowledge on this subject. The information re: the statement came from Shesnoff (sp?). Thanks for setting me straight!

The post above is from me. I didn't realize I wasn't logged in.
