We have a customer that disputes the same information through E-Oscar every week or so. We've responded in the past. The information they are disputing is reporting accurately. Do we have to respond each time? Can we dismiss it as frivilous and irrelevant? What are our options?

Thank you in advance!

We have a few customers that dispute theirs every few months. We have a tracking spreadsheet of all our disputes and the results. If we've already researched and resonded to the same dispute we just choose "reporting is accurate as of date reported" option from the dropdown. I think you run the chance of it being deleted from their credit record if you don't respond in EOscar. It would be nice if they had friv/irr choice in their dropdown and EOscar kept track of that on their side.
