We have disclosed in our account opening documents that overdraft fees and nsf fees are 25.00. We now are charging a customer $25.00 for ach nsf fee. Do we have to disclose this separate? If so what should the wording be?

Thanks.

I could be wrong, but an OD is an OD and a NSF is a NSF unless you said it was for check

As I recall, you must explain in your disclosure the types of transactions that can result in an NSF and OD fee. I am unaware of any separate quantification required on the statement (#check vs. #ACH). If you provide NSF/OD notices and can specify there it would be helpful, but not required to my knowledge.
