When listing the reasons for denial on the AAN, we've been trying when possible to copy the information from the credit report verbatim. Problem is the fields on our form are limited. Is it okay to abbreviate or do we need to look at having a custom form built? Have others encountered this problem?

Keep in mind that the key factors shown on the credit report may or may not be the reason for the denial. I would copy the key factors straight from the credit report and use the appropriate reason listed on the Reg B model form for the reason(s) for denial.
