We have a customer that normally receives ACH for his payroll every two weeks. The last ACH he received was reversed by his employer. We don't know if he is going to be able to cover it. What is our recourse?

If you are within your timeframe you may return the reversal as NSF. The only ACH reversals you are required to accept are Social Security reclaimations.
