I was looking at the Alphabet Soup (great section on the website) and noticed under HUD's Reg X (the RESPA Reg - 24 CFR Part 3500) has "UPDATED". When looking at the changes for section 3500.7 GFE it shows an effective date of 8/10/11. Could you point me to where this change comes from as I have not heard of any updates or changes but with everything going on I certainly could have missed this? Thanks in advance!

I believe those are the updates that merely added technical language to make the regulation come into agreement with the FAQs and the RESPA Roundup.
