Is anyone out there still manually logging wire activity? And if you used to, but don't now, and are using a system generated report...how is that process being managed?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, yes, we are still manually logging wire activity via an Excel spreadsheet.

We are still manually logging as well. We recently had a BSA audit and the auditor suggested that we take a look and see if there would be a more efficient, non-manual way that we could do this. I have a wire audit coming up at the end of this month. I also would be curious as to how others are handling this if not a manual process.

Somewhere over the rainbow...
We use Wire Exchange with Fiserv for domestic and use that as our wire log. We have a separate folder with international wires since we send them out through Wells Fargo. I also have a BSA software that "logs" wires and monitors the activity. Just had FDIC and they had no problem with that process.
