Do any of your institutions post a "Facebook Users Policy" or guidelines on your facebook page somewhere? Our Marketing department has created one talking about what we can delete, what we don't tolerate in posts (foul language, etc)...

Do any of you have something like this? Is it necessary?

That's too much. Sounds more like invasion of privacy.. I wouldn't even mention that I have a facebook to any employers.

It's for posting our business page. Not for individual pages. Just a policy for individuals posting on our company page.

But yes, I agree that would be an invasion of privacy.
