Had an examiner infer that correspondent accounts that we hold for other Bank's cannot go dormant and that they should be set as such - anyone ever hear that before?

What type of examiner?? I'm not sure how a correspondent account would remain inactive long enough to be even considered for escheat in the first place. Apparently they have not enough to do.
