Regarding the Model forms supplied by the Feds....
In the Other Important Info section the guidance specifically limits what kind of info can be included. If we want to use this model form, where can we put "other info" such as how we handle info internally and how we secure their data electronically within our systems. Seems like we can't include this important information on this 'model' form. Curious how others handle this situation and whether or not you are even using the model forms. Thanks.

You do have a limited ability to discuss data security in the "How does [name of financial institution] protect my personal information?" section on page 2.

This is one of the few areas where you can add information, but it must involve the safeguarding of information and is limited to 30 words.
