We have been updating procedures and have come to Reg Q. Is there any need to have one for Reg Q at this point?

However, parts of Reg Q were transferred to the FDIC Deposit Insurance rule 330. The aprts transferred were the definition of interest and premiums. These two parts are used to determine if a non-interest bearing account becomes interest bearing and therefore disqualified for unlimited insurance coverage, triggering the notice requirement.

This is the only lingering effects of Reg Q I can think of.
