Hello. We offer a 'no mail' option to our customers whereby any correspondence is held in a secure location and is required to be picked up no later than 60 days. After which, we'd go ahead and send to the address we have on file for them. My question is, in the event of a returned item or the account becomes overdrawn, we would send them a letter indicating such. If they have a 'no mail' option on the account, are we covered if we merely send it knowing that they may not get it for up to 60 days?
