There's an interesting post in the online New York Magazine on the birth of the Patriot Act. The chart embedded in the post caught my eye - it gave figures for the numbers of delayed-notice search warrants that have been executed by subject between 2006 and 2009.

If these numbers are accurate, one has to wonder if those numbers would correlate to the numbers of SARs we file? Checking box 35a in part III of the SAR for Bank Secrecy Act/ Sturuturing / Money Laundering can cover so many possibilities.
