We have a account with multiple account owners. This account was established many years ago. If there are 4 owners on the account and one makes a deposit of $15,000 we have to report on all 4. My question is, what if we do not have occupation or drivers license numbers for the other 3 individuals? Will there be an issue with not having that information?

If you do not have it you are not required to get it for the purposes of filing a CTR. Follow the instructions given on paper or electronic filing for how to complete the empty boxes.
