It is my understanding the N.Y. State is the ONLY state in the Union not to have passed the 1990 revisions to the UCC. Does anyone know why this is, or when we can expect it be passed?

It's been referred to the Judiciary Committee every year (currently it's S04437). It never gets out of committee.
