We were a new reporter in 2010. What are we to print for the disclosure statment and do we place in the CRA file of the Head office and the branch in the MSA or keep it seperate?

It has to go in the CRA file in the head office. I'm not too sure about any other branches. I'd like to know the answer to that myself.

Sec. 228.43 of Reg. BB lays out what goes in your public file versus the branch files.

For example, for small banks:

(3) Small banks. A small bank or a bank that was a small bank during the prior calendar year shall include in its public file:

(i) The bank's loan-to-deposit ratio for each quarter of the prior calendar year and, at its option, additional data on its loan-to-deposit ratio; and

(ii) The information required for other banks by paragraph (b)(1) of this section, if the bank has elected to be evaluated under the lending, investment, and service tests.

As for the original question of what to print for the public file... go to this site and find your institution. You want to print all the tables (they'll open in PDF).

The aggregate report has to go in the CRA file? I thought it was just the disclosure statement.

Oh no problem....just had me confused.

Printing tables always confuses me.
In the window we have
--nationwide
--particular MSA
--99999 NA (outside of MSA)

Then below the box there are 3 buttons
--Select MSA/MD
--Select all tables for MSA/MD
--Select all tables for MSA/MD - Text File

If you go to each button for each item in the window, you will get duplicate reports, right?

Is there a simple way to get the required reports or do you really go to each item in the window and print each button, then the buttons for the next item in the window, etc?

I print them this way:

Click Nationwide, then click select all tables for MSA
Click particular MSA, then click select all tables for MSA
Click 99999 NA, then click select all tables for MSA

I don't get any duplicates that way.
