I have seen a lot of them. They pay usually based on position (difficulty to fill) and then only pay after the employee passes their probationary period.

ours is a set amount for all positions, however they will sometimes offer a larger bonus for referrals for specific positions. it is paid after the probationary period.

Ours is a set amount for every position. Half is paid when hired, and half is paid after the probationary period.

We pay $500 - $250 paid at the time of hire and $250 after the new employee completes six months of service.
