Can a Loan Officer also be a Real Estate Agent? If so, does it matter if they are working on behalf of the Buyer or Seller? Are there any issues now with the recent MLO compensation rules?

Is is OK just just give an affiliated service providor disclosure and carry on, or are there issues with this?

(Or is it a matter of state law? in MN ... )

I do not know the answer to this for your institution, but I know that I would not allow this. How could everything done, not be a section 8 violation?
