Adding to the list - discussion of any regulatory expectation to combine AML/Fraud functions (pros vs cons), discussion of BSA automated systems and its challenges.

Prepaid access would be great. This is becoming a major issue product in my area.

Real world Risk Assessments.

So frustrated with Examiners saying something is immediately high risk, just because it has a chapter in the Exam Manual.

Haven't they heard of mitigating factors?

Haven't they heard of "Local knowledge"? Or banks that believe in "Know Your Customer"?

Inherent Risk - Mitigating Factors(mitigations in account terms, due diligence, customer contact, monitoring, history) = residual risk.

This is a more constructive way to have that conversation.
