Does anyone know if it is alright to email our Adverse Action Notices to customers who provide an email address? We have a few who have requested this rather than postal mail.
You can always do both--email notification for applicant's convenience and a paper notice in the mail to comply with Reg. B. ESIGN only becomes an issue if you want to skip the paper document.
