We received an application on July 19th for $340,000, counteroffed on July 21st with $250,000. Customer accepted and earlies were sent out. Denied aplication August 8th, after receiving appraisal due to farm property.
Customer split property and called us to move forward using new legal description. We did not get a new application after sending out denial on 8/8. We ordered new appraisal on new updated legal description and counter offered on 10/19 with $210,000. Customer accepted offer on 10/31.
My question on all this - What date do we use as an application date on our redisclosures for the $210,000 and also on HMDA. Do we use 10/31, which was the day he accepted our final offer?
