I'm working on our bank's BSA audit. I'm on the section titled BSA/AML Compliance Program. Under training its asking if the following elements are adequately addressed. Coverage of bank polices, procedures, processes, and new rules and regulations? Currently our bank uses BAI Leaning Manager 3.0. It's a general program used for training on a wide range of topics including BSA. But it doesn't cover our banks polices, or procedures. I spoke to our BSA Officer and he said employees are trained on and as needed basis. Should I except this answer or write it up as and exception.

You need evidence of such training (schedules, signin sheets, etc.) and the actual materials.

Remember, BSA requires annual training for everyone. Board to tellers. No exceptions.
