Recently went through a flood remap and several of our customers had to obtain flood insurance. We do not REQUIRE escrow but these customers did have escrow in place at the time of getting their flood insurance. Must we automatically escrow for flood insurance now or should we leave it up to the customer? And if they decide that they would like to escrow for it, do we have to send them an initial disclosure?
