We have areas that used to be Non-MSA and for 2004 are now micropolitan statistical areas. Our software is still showing those areas a non-MSA. Should the "MSA" numbers be used or are they still considered non-MSA areas for geocoding (coded as NA) and for assessment area determinations do Microplitan Statistical areas have to be separated from Non-MSA areas?
