I am renewing a loan secured by owner-occupied residential real estate. The renewal is extending the maturity; no other change in terms. Is the renewal subject to any new disclosures (TIL or RESPA)? I don’t think so.. but I need to be sure.

If you are not executing a new Note or DOT/Mtg you don't need new initial disclosures.
