We received a garnishment today on an account holder. The account is one of the few 'Tenants in Entirety' we have left on our books. I believe that we cannot enfore the garnishment against this account due to the Tenants in Entirety, but want to make sure. We are located in Virginia. Anyone out there know for sure?

From my understanding, that is correct. However, this is really something that you should run by your legal counsel.
