In looking at the FNMA 1003, it does not include any verbiage about an applicants marital status as a Registered Domestic Partner. For those of us in California, should we alter the document so that an applicant can say they are "married,or a RDP"?

Not until Regulation B is changed. The regulation only allows the following categories: married, unmarried and separated.
