When looking at the table of Special Measures in FinCEN's web site am I correct to conclude that if there is no date in the Final Rule column then the name has not been officially added to the list? If so, there are currently 6 names on the list. Please confirm that I am understanding this correctly. Thanks.

The current list I have includes those subject to the final rule (put into regulation) that have not rescinded.

• Myanmar Mayflower Bank
• Asia Wealth Bank
• Commercial Bank of Syria
• Banco Delta Asia
