We do have a policy. At our last FDIC exam they were looking for one. Ours covers the effect of foreclosure on a pre-existing tenancy, defines bona-fide lease or tenancy, effect of foreclosure on Section 8 tenancies, and procedures for tenancy before the foreclosure and post-sheriff's sale.

Actually I meant fprocedure during the foreclosure and post-sheriff's sale.
