It has recently come to our attention that we previously filed over 100 CTRs and we needed to amend them. The previous BSA officer, instead of amending the originals, he created a separate second CTR and submitted them. The originals and the new corrections have separate DCN numbers, so we know that FinCEN received them both separately. So, 2 CTRs for one transaction.

So our question:

How do we get those second totally new records back from FinCEN so we can amend the originals, correctly?
