We just lost our Loan clerk (no notice) and are trying to get someone (in-house) cross-trained ASAP. I haven't touched a loan since the US Banknote "Ninety days after date, I promise to pay" was the only documentation required!

Has anyone got a flow chart to show what needs to be done and when - from application through GFE to flood determination through HUD and closing? The checklists in BOL are helpful for documentation, but don't show when things need to be done.

In terms of disclosures, I think the Real Estate Loan Matrix, available as a free download on the Banker's Compliance consulting website is pretty great for spelling which disclosures go out when on which types of loans.
