First year for PHFA loans for us. On HMDA, what do you use for "type of purchaser"?

We do PHFA loans too and they are coded as a "9" other.

So in your scenario you make the credit decision and make the loan and then sell it to PHFA?

I am asking because in our case PHFA makes the credit decision and the loan is never booked on our system.
