OK
Don't know if i'm imagining this or not, but i'm having a vague recollection of reading something (which i cannot now find) recently of HUD (or maybe the CFPB?) doing an about-face and saying that fees unrelated to a changed circumstance could be updated on a revised GFE IF they go down. True?

I have heard recently that CFPB has said that fees such as escrow and hazard insurance can fluctuate from GFE to GFE (as you gather accurate figures) as they are not subject to a tolerance.

Ah ok, yes that's right. So it's for unlimited tolerance items only.....ok. Thanks to you both.
