I don't! We all take our families to my parents' house. My mom makes breakfast pizza every year. Yummy!

I make Christmas morning breakfast. It is basically a huge Popover/pastry/empanada kinda sorta thingy.
Its a really big pastry filled with spicey sausage, green chilis, onions, and cream cheese! That with coffee (Starbucks Christmas Blend).

Like WreckEmTech, I don't.
My step-mom makes a huge breakfast. She does it to keep us "kids" coming home to her for Christmas morning. She figures that no matter how many other families we have to see at Christmas, by making a really good breakfast, or should I say feast, we will all start there in the morning before we rush everywhere else for the day.
The breakfast has grown into a feast as our families have grown. With our grandparents and our kids, it is a great start to the day with four generations eating breakfast together Christmas morning!

I usually don't do anything at my house because we go to my parent's house early for brunch, but this year we are going to church before the parents, so I'm thinking I'll make either some cinnamon rolls or some sweet bread (like banana or cranberry).

Does anyone have a recipe for a 9x9 pan of french toast casserole? All that I have seen are 9x13 pans and I don't want to waste it.

You start with a sheet of stainless steel 10x10 bend up all side 1 inch. One pan 9x9. Place FTC in pan and cook.

Decrease all ingredients by 4 inches length.

I make an overnight breakfast casserole and a fruit salad. Hubby's idea of Christmas breakfast is a dozen doughnuts from the local doughnut shop.
The most important item for breakfast is lots of coffee!
