There are two notices required by Reg. CC for deposit taking ATM's. One is a general statement that funds may not be available for immediate withdrawal (C-19), and the other notice is for off-premise ATM's that have deposits removed 2 or less times a week stating the dates of deposits receipt and availability (C-20).

What I'm curious about is for an off-premis ATM, does the C-20 notice satisfy the C-19 notice, or are both notices distinctly required?

The commentary to the model notices in Reg. CC didn't clarify for me.

Two separate notices; both are required at an off-premise ATM that accepts deposits. You can combine them, however.
