We are currently looking at FIS Global (Fidelity) for core processing services. Could I please have some feedback from banks currently using FIS or have used them in the past? Thank you in advance.

Unless the core processing system was developed in house, all systems have their limitations.

Any negatives? We have visited two banks and it was all positive. They did say FIS' billing had been an issue, but was resolved now.

wil you be in-house or service bureau? i have always found their support to be a bit lacking...my sense of urgency and their sense of urgency are far apart...

Under FIS they have several programs - which one are you looking at? We are on BancPac.

We have been a Metavante core customer for years - now FIS. I think their service has deteriorated to the point that I would consider switching at contract end. I think they have some great products but the last few years (since the merger) - service, implementations, billing have all been well below par.
