The bank that I work is not located in a military town so we don't really have a lot of issues with SCRA. Do you all send out notifications to your customers with education on SCRA in case they are not aware? Also, do you have something on the application or something that would ask about military?

Having worked at a military bank for 20+ years, being a military bank is more of an SCRA exclusion than being in your bank. I educated myself on the SCRA (then the SSCRA) because I got so many questions. Funny thing is, my customers were already in the Army and didn't get the most common protection, the 6% rate.

The services have taken on the task of educating the customers. It isn't your responsibility to do that. You could, but that might be a significant cost.
