Having worked at a military bank for 20+ years, being a military bank is more of an SCRA exclusion than being in your bank. I educated myself on the SCRA (then the SSCRA) because I got so many questions. Funny thing is, my customers were already in the Army and didn't get the most common protection, the 6% rate.
The services have taken on the task of educating the customers. It isn't your responsibility to do that. You could, but that might be a significant cost.
