I have a situation that is not addressed on the charts I have. The loan is the refinance of a home mortgage loan. The original loan was a bridge loan and the security was on the borrowers primary residence while they purchased a home in another community. They have now moved into the new home and need to refinance the old home until it is sold. This will be a junior lien on a 1 family dwelling not owner occupied and for less than one year. What disclosures are required if any?

At our bank we would record a Modification Agreement to extend the maturity date instead of executing a new Note and DOT/MTG and in that case, no new disclosures are necessary.
