Does anyone know whether non-Bank ATMs (or Privately owned ATMs, whichever terminology you prefer) are required to be registered in the state of Indiana, as they are in Illinois and Massachustts?

I have searched the State Code, and I haven't found anything. But, then again, I may well have overlooked something.

Thanks in advance!

This is something I've never had the need to research and I can't give you an answer. I would suggest contacting the DFI and they can either answer the question for you or direct you to someone who can.

Thanks for the advice!

BTW - A phone call to the Indiana DFI confirmed that there are no registration or licensing requirements for private ATMs in the state of Indiana.
