THis is a two part question. Do any of you know an easy place that interprets OFAC sanctions? THey are cumbersome to read and can be quite confusing.

Second - can anyone send wires to Liberia?

I actually have both of those on my desktop as we do so many international wires. I refer to the BOL chart frequently.
