I'm asking for opinions.

We have a few loans that identify home improvement as the purpose for the loan, but they are secured by vehicles. I'm trying to determine if these would be hmda reportable or not.

Any thoughts?
Thanks

You would follow the rules for home improvement loans not secured by real estate/unsecured. If you classify them as home improvement loans in a manner that would allow you to create a list of such loans, you would report.

It would depend on how they are internally classified.
