I'm a bit confused. Since Reg E is now under the authority of the CFPB (1000's). Do I have to go through my policy and change my references to parts in Reg. E? For example if I referenced 12 CFR Part 205.13, would I have to change it to 12 CFR 1005.13?

That is the bad part about putting specific regulatory references in policies and procedures.

Do yourself a favor. Start with a cover sheet to the policy that explains that all references to 12 CFR Part 205 should be read as references to 12 CFR Part 1005. That gives you breathing room.

Then go through the policy when you have more time and try to eliminate all those regulatory citations. You shouldn't need them.
