Brain Freeze Moment: If we have a personal account held jointly that is overdrawn, can we offset this OD amount using funds from an account held individually by one of the joint owners?

Look at the deposit contract/signature card for the accounts. Many will have verbiage relating to the right of setoff (offset) from accounts.
