In a RESPA covered loan, do we disclose the credit report fee for the reports pulled on the borrowers/applicants only?

If there will also be a guarantor on the loan and we pull a credit report on that person, include that fee also?

Example: Applicant 1 and Applicant 2 -- credit report costs $5 per report plus guarantor report pulled $5 = $15 total disclosed on the GFE for credit report.

or

$10 total for the two applicants

The report pulled on the guarantor is a settlement fee associated with the loan and all settlement fees have to be disclosed.
