When loading loan data into the LAR, does anyone else have trouble with the Rate Spread loading incorrectly?

For some reason, when we load the data into the LAR, someone has to go through and re-calcuate the Rate Spread becuase they don't load correctly.

I was curious if this was a normal practice or if our process needs updating?

Are you using the HMDA DES from FFIEC and uploading information from your LOS through a .dat file? I'm wondering if the problem might be with your LOS and not your DES.

Beyond that, why recalculate?
If you print out the LAR from your LOS it has the ones that have numbers on it, right?
So do a global edit in FFIEC to NA them all and then go back in and just change the ones that should have numbers to match your LAR.

QuestSoft's HMDA RELIEF does the Rate spread calculation upon import. Big time saver for me!
