I thought Bruno Mars did an awesome job.

Springsteen needs to retire. smile

Jennifer Hudson's tribute to Whitney was beautiful.

Did you hear Springsteen's opening statement before he started singing? "Everyone alive out there?"
ummmm, no Bruce not everyone. I agree time for him to go away.
Jennifer Hudson did an outstanding job.
Liked Adele, Katy Perry (nice jab at the soon to be ex), Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift...the rest of the show...blah

I was waiting for this "big, huge" finale that everyone was talking about and...m'eh.

I did see Adele win record (or album, can't remember which) of the year right before and say something like, "ooops that was a little snot that just flew out of my nose" laugh

I *love* Adele.

I only recently got her "21" album as a Christmas gift and I love the whole thing. I had not heard a single song of hers before then. I don't listen to pop radio or anything like that, I listen to my CDs or Sports Talk Radio/ESPN Radio, so I don't know what's popular at any given moment.

That said, I flipped by the Grammys for a moment, saw some horrendous performance by Kelly Clarkson and some country dude that couldn't sing and promptly turned it off. I wanted to see Adele perform, but I did not want to sit through an entire show.

I would like to take my kids to see him in concert, they both like him, too. I posted his performance on my FB page so they could see it again.

Don't you know? It isn't necessary to be entertaining anymore, just "outside of the box". crazy

We only watched the first 45 minutes or so...boring. I opted for Desperate Housewives. And I agree, Springsteen needs to retire.

We were watching it on DVR and only made it to Taylor Swift's performance. I've heard a lot about the Nicki Minaj thing, so it'll be interesting to watch.

I don't really get why, out of all the performers possible, they'd open the show with Springsteen. I always buy/download the Grammy CD, and it always seems like he has a song on it. I didn't realize he was actually still making music...

Got to see Adele perform, that was the only thing that I needed/wanted to see...and she was AWESOME! I'm stoked that she won so many awards-good to see that you can still succeed in the music scene today and not have to stick your boobs out and walk around pratically naked to get some attention.

I so prefer the Red Carpet coverage to the award shows themselves.
Worst Dressed:
Nicki Minaji looked like a fool
Fergie also looked foolish with the dress and HUGE black undies showing through
Best Dressed:
Julianna Hough - I so want that dress
Carrie Underwood - Gorgeous
Katy Perry - Blue hair and all I think it worked
